She hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then she realised there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.

Reality · 31 March 06

Reality. Reality is a crash, a wreck. A world full of ‘I don’t know’, said as I looked someone in the eye and they asked me question after question. Not unreasonable questions. All I had had to do was figure out the right questions to ask. I didn’t. I failed.

  1. Life is an aptitude test. You cannot fail, merely achieve varying degrees of success.

  2. Faliure is in the eye of the beholder my dear life is filled with tests, as adrian has said, you cannot fail, you just have to approach them and walk away from differently :) and failure is if you dont learn from your experience, of which im sure you have, and that in turn is success :)

Wow thats a little deep for a friday evening!! :p

  3. Reality transcends descriptors such as failure or success; these are merely false states of mind rooted in the discriminating world.

  4. ha, sorry I couldn’t hide a little laughter.
I guess there is no single person out there in the world, who don’t know this situation.

For me this happens at least one time a day – mostly more than one time a day recently and it also happens that I would really like to abadon this adventure but then I get my feet back to the ground – the only thing that would be very stupid would be no to try it again, and again, and again… where else would we be, if we wouldn’t do that?

A very good friend of mine always said to me that “Life is no picknick basket” when I felt sad. But it is in your hands to make it a picknick basket.

Just think about all the things in your life you’ve already managed to accomplish.

  5. Failure is just as important as success. Perhaps even more important. It can keep us humble, motivate us to strive for a better result the next time around and teaches us to be retrospect.

We all fail from time to time (don’t I know it, sistah). It’s how we respond to the failing that that is important.

Or is chocolate just as important as success? I always confuse the two.
